Columbiana County Families of murder victims a memorial to their loved ones.
Thursday afternoon, the group met in Lisbon to launch the sixth annual ball.
Group wants law enforcement in the county of Columbia to teamwork and a task force to solve crimes of homicide.
"If there are 23 unsolved murders, we are 23 murderers on the streets," said Belinda Puchajda and CCFHV. "It could be anyone behind the guy, you're pumping gas is a teacher at school."
"We have a lot of good detective in the county," said CEO John Soldano and Leeton Police Department. "If we can get together and work towards a common goal to address these unsolved murders, the house work for all."
Columbiana County, also has three missing persons.
