Concord, New Hampshire Loudon woman was acquitted of motor vehicle homicide in connection with a fatal accident.
A Merrimack Superior Court jury took just 1:30 on Wednesday for a record 20 years, Heather Spencer.
Spencer told police, she turned her eyes to the short form to get a soda in May 2009, just before the van he was driving her boyfriend in front of hers car on Route 106 in Loudon. The driver of another car that had stopped working, 48 years, Marie Arsenault, died.
Police said Spencer was not running, had no alcohol or drugs, and there was no evidence she used a cell phone.
Her lawyer said the Concord Monitor, the verdict was "fair. "
